RE: Performance-Based Demand-Side Management IIcentive Pilot Quaerly Progress
Report
Dear Ms. Jewell:
Pursuant to Order No. 30268, Idaho Power Company ("Company") has fied quaerly Performance-
Based Demand-Side Management Incentive Pilot progress reports for the first three quarters in 2007. Each of
the progress reports included preliminar program results along with an estimated market share achievement
to date. Curntly, the Company is finalizing its accounting records for 2007. Rather than providing
preliminar year-end program results at this time, it is my intent to provide final year-end progr results on
or before March 15, 2008, as allowed by Order No. 30268. Furthermore, it is my intent to include in that
report a complete review of the progrss made between the Company and the Commission Staff in
addressing some of the "technical diffculties" identified by Staff in its comments in Case No. IPC-E-06-32
and later detailed in Order No. 30268.
If you have any questions regarding this letter or if the Commission feels that a report of preliminar
