This agreement is very bad for Idaho. By allowing this 100 megwatt agreement to go
through, you are essentially stopping four small QFs in Idaho from being built. This willreduce the tax base on $120,000,000 of small wind farms from supporting Idaho. This isnot only taxes, but many good paying lost jobs. By allowing this to go through, it take100 megwatt from the queue that Idaho Power Co. will allow according to the IRP. Thishurts Idaho.
