d like to express my whole-hearted support for wind generation and the application by
Idaho Power Co. to enter into a sales agreement with Magic Wind Park LLC. More renewables
means less fossil fuels. Wind power is obviously the most environmetntly reponsible
answer!
Also I have opposed for 30 years nuclear generation as a source of energy. Idaho Power
recently announced plans to use nuclear
generation. This is a backward move in light of the new federal
government's plan to clean up radioactive spills and mismanagement at the Idaho National
Lab for the small sum of $2 billion.
Renewable and clean energy is the smart move for the future.
