I am concerned with the IRP's planned addition of coal fired generation to the IPC
resource mix and the resulting carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions. I would like to see the
commission require IPC to take part in a CO2 offset program or a CO2 sequestering program
to limit the CO2 emissions of any coal fired generation added to the IPC resource mix.The resulting cost of such programs would be born by the IPC rate payers.
