MOTION TO EXTEND TIME
FOR FILING COMMENTS
COMES NOW the Commission Staff and files this Motion asking the Commission to
extend the time for filing written comments in this case. On November 1 , 2006, the Commission
issued a Notice of Application and Notice of Modified Procedure establishing a comment period
that ends on November 22, 2006. Staff has identified issues that will require additional time to
address in written comments, and asks that the Commission extend the deadline for filing
comments to December 15 , 2006. Counsel for the Commission Staff has contacted counsel for
Idaho Power Company and the Company does not object to Staffs Motion and concurs that
extending the comment period to December 15, 2006, is appropriate.
