Commissioners, I am commententing once again to ask you to deny the above. Boise isgrowing at a rate more than it can handle, please rej ect this. The taxpayers in this area
are already bearing much of this cost, but where is the developers paying the majority ofthis? Please consider the overall effect of what is already becoming an overbearing
strain to this community. WE should hold developers accountable for growth, especailly if
it is not well thought of in this case, and as in many others. Thanks for your time and
please consider the long term impact of these and many other developments! !
