Idaho Conservation League preserves Idaho s clean water, wilderness and quality of life.
As Idaho s largest state-based conservation organization we represent over 9,000 members,
more than half of who live in the Treasure Valley.
The Treasure Valley is currently one of the fastest growing communi ties in the country.Well-planned growth can add value and enj oyrnent to our quality of life. Poorly planned
growth affects our clean air, clean water, wildlife, and open space. It is important our
community be involved in decisions on where to encourage growth.
Infrastructure issues regarding large developments such as Avimor have large impacts on
the entire community. The opportunity for written comments alone do not provide an
adequate opportunity for the public to learn more and participate in this process.
Therefore, we request that the Commission hold a public hearing on IPC-E-06-23.
