On November 15 , 2006, the Commission Staff filed a Motion to Extend Time for Filing
Comments, asking the Commission to change the comment period deadline from November 22
2006 to December 15 , 2006. The Motion stated that Staff needed additional time to prepare
comments, and that Idaho Power Company concurred with the extension. The Commission
determined at its Decision Meeting on November 20 2006 to grant Staffs Motion.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the time for filing written comments in this case is
extended to December 15 2006.
