INTERCONNECTION AGREEMENT AND AMEND TARIFF
LANGUAGE; CASE NO. IPC-06-18.
On November 17, 2006, Idaho Power filed tariff revisions as required by Commission
Order No. 30179 issued in Case No. IPC-06-18. The tariff being revised is Schedule 72
Interconnections to Non-Utility Generation. The revisions include the addition of a Uniform
Interconnection Agreement, and the adoption oflEEE1547 standards for all net metering
facilities and for PURP A projects with a nameplate rating less than 1 MW. Staff has reviewed
the filed tariff and believes it is in compliance with the previously cited Order.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends Commission approval of the filed tariff.
