MOUNT AIN VIEW POWER'S MOTION TO WITHDRAW
On April 14, 2006, Idaho Power Company filed an Application with the Commission
seeking a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity for the construction of the Evander
Andrews Power Plant.
On May 9, 2006, the Commission issued a notice of the Company s Application and
set an intervention deadline of May 18, 2006. The Industrial Customers of Idaho Power (ICIP)
and Mountain View Power, Inc. each petitioned for intervention, which was granted. Order Nos.
30057 30058. The Commission Secretary issued a Notice of Parties on June 16 2006.
On July 26, 2006, Mountain View Power filed a Motion to Withdraw as a party and
requests that it be reclassified as an interested person pursuant to Rule 39. IDAP A 31.01.01.039.
No party has filed any objection to the withdrawal of Mountain View Power. This matter is
currently set for hearing on November 20-2006.
