REVISED SCHEDULE
On September 29, 2006, the parties, Idaho Power Company, Commission Staff, and
the Industrial Customers of Idaho Power (ICIP), filed a Joint Stipulation agreeing to extend the
deadline for Staff and Intervenors to prefile direct testimony. ICIP is the only intervenor in this
case. The parties also agreed that the remaining dates would remain as previously set in Order
No. 30106, the maximum time to respond to production requests ofIdaho Power will be 14 days
and objections to discovery requests must be filed within 7 days of the request.
NOTICE OF REVISED SCHEDULE
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the deadline for Staff and ICIP to prefile their
direct testimony in this matter has been extended from October 2, 2006, to October 10, 2006.
Idaho Power s rebuttal testimony will remain due on November 6, 2006, and the technical
hearing will remain set for November 20-, 2006, as set forth in Order No. 30106. The revised
schedule is as follows:

YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that discovery is available in this case pursuant to
Commission Rules of Procedure, IDAPA 31.01.01.221-234.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the prepared testimony and exhibits must be
served upon the Commission and all other parties as set out in the schedule above. The prepared
testimony and exhibits must conform to the requirements of Rules 231 , 266, and 267 of the
Commission s Rules of Procedure, IDAPA 31.01.01.231 , 266, 267.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the service address and the exhibit numbers
assigned to each party can be found in the Notice of Parties issued separately by the Commission
Secretary.
NOTICE OF REVISED SCHEDULE
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all workshops and hearings in this matter
will be held in facilities meeting the accessibility requirements of the Americans with
Disabilities Act (ADA). Persons needing the help of a sign language interpreter or other
assistance in order to participate in or to understand testimony and argument at a public hearing
may ask the Commission to provide a sign language interpreter or other assistance at the hearing.
The request for assistance must be received at least five (5) working days before the hearing by

YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all proceedings in this case will be held
pursuant to the Commission s jurisdiction under Title 61 of the Idaho Code including Idaho
Code ~~ 61-501 , 61-526, and 61-528. The Commission may enter any final Order consistent
with its authority under Title 61.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all hearings will be conducted pursuant to the
Commission s Rules of Procedure, IDAP A 31.01.01.
