Enclosed please find the quarterly update on the Danskin CT1 Construction Project for
the third quarter of2007. Total project costs through September 27 2007 are $48 131 214.

turbine , generator, starting motor and GSU transformer have all been placea on foundations and
this completes the placement of the major components for the power plant. The project has
transitioned into the mechanical and electrical phase of the construction process. There are
approximately 80 people working on site. Siemens Power Generation and INCO Construction
have been doing an outstanding job with construction and safety.
Work has started on the turbine weather enclosure and filter intake housing. The new control
building is under construction and is scheduled to be complete by Nov. 1. The new 230 KV
substation at Danskin is scheduled to be complete by mid-November. Work at the Bennett
Mountain Power Plant substation is also scheduled to be complete by mid-November. Wasatch
Electric was selected to build the new 230 KV line from Evander Andrews Power Complex to
Bennett Power Plant. All material is on site to construct this transmission line and the plan is to
have this complete by Dec. 1. The Company has received the Conditional Use Permit to
construct the new 230 KV transmission line and substation in south ADA County and work will be
starting soon
The Certificate of Representation has been submitted to the EPA. Required testing protocols are
being reviewed and will be submitted to the IDEa prior to start up. First fire of the combustion
turbine is tentatively schedule for Feb. 1 , 2008
