RE:IDAHO POWER COMPLAINCE FILING FOR ENERGY WATCH AND
TIME OF DAY PILOT PROGRAMS. CASE NO. IPC-06-
On May 9 2006, Idaho Power submitted Revised Schedules 4 and 5, changing the terms
of the Energy Watch and Time of Day pilot programs in accordance with Commission Order
No. 30037.
Staffhas reviewed the filings and finds them to be consistent with the Commission
Order in this case and recommends the Commission approve the filing.
