Comment description: I don t see any reason that Idaho Power can t buy the 10 Megawatts
of power as long as they don t corne back next week and want a rate increase from it'
customers. It seems like that is the going thing now to turn around and ask for a rate
increase that will only increase there huge profits at the rate payers expense.
