that need quick action on this case. If they cannot get approval soon they will lose
financing and the availability of generators. They have been waiting for approval forsome time and they need answers. Cassia Gulch Wind Park and Cassia Wind Farm are two of

Comment description: As power rates rise, seem logical that we should be looking for as
much power production as possible, (supply & demand). With no new hydro- electic plants in
the near future and fuel prices so unstable. Seems to me that clean wind farms are a
viable untapped resource than Idaho needs to utilize. Projects like Cassia Gulch Wind Park
& Cassia Wind Farm need to get in production ASAP. Thank you
