I strongly urge you to accept Cassia Gulch Wind Park and Cassia Wind Farm proj ect. Mr.Grover has done his homework, he has been compiling data for quite some time now and there
is obviously no reason to delay him any further. This can only improve and enhance Idaho.Let's face it, wind is one of our best resources. We should use it if we can and Mr.Grover has had the forsight to do so. Impeding him any further would be economically,conservationally, and morally wrong.

I am in favor of granting Jared Grover the permission to go ahead with his wind turbine
proj ect. There is no clear evidence why he should be forced to wait for Idaho Power to
conclude their study.
We all know that wind power is a clean, viable energy resource that

Comment description: As residents of Gooding we watched with great interest the wind farm
that went up on Bell Rapids and it has recently come to our attention that this project(Cassia Gulch Park and Cassia Wind Farm) was open to public comment. My husband and I
whole heartedly support wind farms and would like to see this proj ect go forward in atimely manner. We are fortunate in Idaho to have water and wind power available to us and

Comment description: I offer this comment of support for wind farming in general, but
specifically in regards to Cassia Wind Farm and Cassia Gulch Wind Park. These projects
are of great interest to local farmers. I believe that long term wind power contracts
will help stabilize the rates that seem to increase year after year. Having researched
this topic, it is my understanding that wind-produced power does not cost any more that
the standard methods that Idaho Power is using. It seems smart to be more diverse and
think toward the future. The added tax revenue for the counties where these and otherproj ects are placed, would help many organizations. Thank you for you time.
