Re: Revised Legal Description for Milner Dam Wind Park, LLC
Dear Ms. Jewell:
In Order No. 29948 issued by the Commission on January 10, 2006, in Case No.
IPC-E-05-30, the Commission approved the Firm Energy Sales Agreement between Idaho
Power Company and Milner Dam Wind Park, LLC.
In reviewing that contract, the developer of the Milner Dam Wind Park discovered
that it provided Idaho Power with an incorrect legal description for the project. The legal
description for the project is contained in paragraph B-2 of Appendix B to the Firm Energy
Sales Agreement that was approved in Order No. 29948.
Idaho Power has enclosed with this letter a copy of the correct legal description for
the Milner Dam wind farm.
Please include the enclosed correct Milner Dam legal description in the
Commission's file relating to this project. Idaho Power does not believe that it is necessary
for the Commission to take any action regarding this changed legal description. The
enclosed legal description is provided for informational purposes only.
