Comment description: i believe that the residents of prairie should not have to suffer
price increases when we donot have sufficient quality of power. Idaho power have placed recorders at different
locations in prairie and have discovered that we consistantly are underpowered.
consequently, we have lost compressors that run our coolers and freezers, small motors,
refrigerators, microvaves qand lots of electroincs. id power are trying to place the cost
upgrading the entire system back to mtn home, which has not been repaired since 1961,
on land developers that have came into the area. for more info, please contact me.
