SECOND REPORT OF PROCEEDS
FROM S02 ALLOWANCE SALES
As provided in Order No. 29832 issued in Case No. IPC-05-, Idaho
Power Company ("Idaho Power" or "Company ) herewith files its second report of the
receipt of proceeds from the sale of S02 emission allowances.
Since the Initial Report of Proceeds From S02 Allowance Sales was filed
on December 9 2005 ("Initial Report"), the Company has received additional proceeds
from the sale of an additional 13 500 S02 emission allowances. The total additional net
proceeds received since the filing of the Initial Report is $19 871 625. The net proceeds
amount is the total amounts received less broker s fees of $3 375.
SECOND REPORT OF PROCEEDS FROM S02 ALLOWANCE SALES, Page
Combining the sales totals reported in the Initial Report and in this Second
Report shows that as of the date of this Second Report, the Company has sold 73 500
S02 allowances and has received total net pre-tax proceeds of $76 926 625. The
accounting for these proceeds is in accordance with Commission Order No. 29852.
