Please do not allow Idaho Power to place a moratorium on wind generation of power. The US
and Idaho needs all the electricity it can generate and we don t want to be dependent upon
hydrocarbon fuel for power generation. Idaho power is trying, I believe, to make sureit's new power plant won t be usurped by wind generation. They will tell all that wind
power is not always there, but it still has huge investments in hydro power. Tell me that
is always there in these years of drought and shortage of water.
Be a great commission and insist Idaho Power continue to accept all power generated by
wind or any other alternative source for the benefit of Idaho and the entire UnitedStates.

would like to see the PUC rule in favor of small wind farmers who are attempting to
develop renewable energy for our state. It is vi tally important that we decrease our
dependence on foreign oil, for obvious reasons, and wind, solar, geothermal and other
future power sources should be encouraged.
