Comment description: PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not change the requirement to buy power from
small wind generators... stop wasting time... it is a federal requirement and they are in
the wrong court... if they have an issue with it they need to go to the federal courts and
change the laws... THE LAW IS THE LAW, no exceptions...
Just rej ect it...
Also, if they need to raise rates (HOW MUCH PROFIT IS ENOUGH???) then they raise rates tocover it, They need to get in the mode of "renewable energy (Solar, Wind, Geothermal)...
the Resevoirs will silt up eventually, the dams will corrode eventually... we need
progress towards the next phase of power generation...
