LeRoy larolimek petitioned to intervene in this case on December 13 2005 , pursuant
to Rules of Procedure 71 through 75 of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission IDAP A
31.01.01.071-075. Mr. larolimek has been participating in IPC-05-22 workshops
determine the operational integration costs associated with wind generation projects. Reference
Order No. 29839. Mr. larolimek desires to fully participate in future workshop discussions and
related settlement negotiations and to obtain and review materials and information claimed to be
proprietary and confidential.
FINDINGS OF FACT
We find that no party timely opposed this Petition to Intervene.
We further find that based on the pleadings and other documents filed in this case
intervention by this party would serve the purposes of intervention as described by Rule 74 of the
Commission s Rules of Procedure and should be granted.
ORDER
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petition to Intervene filed by LeRoy
larolimek is hereby granted.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all parties in this proceeding serve all papers
hereafter filed in this matter on all parties of record. The Intervenor is represented by the
