petitioned to intervene in this case on July 14, 2005, pursuant to Rules of Procedure 71 through
75 of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, IDAP A 31.01.01.071-075.
Energy Vision, LLC; PacifiCorp; lR. Simplot Company; and Renewable Northwest
Project and NW Energy Coalition petitioned to intervene in this case on July 15, 2005, pursuant
to Rules of Procedure 71 through 75 of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission IDAP A
31.01.01.071-075.
FINDINGS OF FACT
We find that based on the pleadings and other documents filed in this case
intervention by these parties would serve the purposes of intervention as described by Rule 74 of
the Rules of Procedure and should be granted.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petitions to Intervene filed by Windland
Incorporated; Cassia Wind Farm, LLC; Cassia Gulch Wind Park, LLC; Magic Wind, LLC;
Energy Vision, LLC; PacifiCorp; J.R. Simplot Company; and Renewable Northwest Project and
NW Energy Coalition are hereby granted.
