Subject: idaho power rate raise
idaho power does not deserve a raise in rates , they have already gotten more than
they deserve. at some point you are going to have to make rate determinations on
actual idaho power earnings without any consideration for the earnings of the
holding co that owns them. its certainly not fair or legal to raise rates because the
rest of their investments are losing money. so no new rate raises period. thank you
