Camp Reed Wind Park, LLC, Golden Valley Wind Park, LLC, Milner Dam Wind Park, LLC,
Oregon Trail Wind Park, LLC, Payne's Ferry Wind Park, LLC, Pilgrim Stage Station Wind
Park, LLC, Salmon Falls Wind Park, LLC, Thousand Springs Wind Park, LLC, Tuana Gulch
Wind Park, LLC, and Yahoo Creek Wind Park, LLC (the "IWP Subsidiaries"), each of which
owns a qualifying facility and has a Firm Energy Sales Agreement with Idaho Power Company
("ldaho Power"), are providing notice to Idaho Power and the Idaho Public Utilities Commission
(the "Commission") that DIF 51 Holdings LLC ("DIF 5I"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of DIF
Infra.5 I-IS LI-C, acqrrils{ MIC Renewable Energy Holdings LI-,C's, a rr,holly-owned indirect
subsidiary of Macquarie Infrastructure Corporation, Class A and Class B membership interests in
IWP (the "Acquisition"). The Acquisition closed on July 29,2019.
