Comment = desc ipt on: I oppose the proposed increase in the conservation program funding
charge. How Idaho power plucked this out of thin air in the first place amazes me. I would
suggest you require Idaho Power to prove that I am saving at least $0.30 a month on my
energy charge because of this program before you increase it. thank you.
