This entire matter amounts to the customers of Idaho Power paying for their expenses to
promote Idaho users to conserve energy only to have Idaho Power sell the saved energy out
of State at an increased profit level.
Is it too much to ask for the Idaho PUC to just once tell Idaho Power to back off? All of
us are getting sick and tired of their "end runs II to get hold of more of our money and the

Comment description: Once again, Idaho Power attempts to overcharge its captive customers
by asking for yet another raise of charges, this time its energy efficiency fee, asking
for a rise from 30 cents to 85 cents/mo. Please review their financial paperworkcarefully and, if legitimate, only permit the minimum raising of this fee, preferably cents. It I s outrageous that they continue to request increase after increase and
especially on such an extreme scale!
