If this program remains voluntary, this might be ok. I assume that the safety of seniors, that may
participate, has been considered. Pilot program indicated only about degrees rise in temperature
inside residence. Is this guaranteed? What kind of safety measures are to be in place to prevent
dangerous temperatures inside residences?
Some seniors can 't make prudent decisions for themselves and they need to be protected. Please advise.
