I would oppose such a move for two reasons: 1. It is apparently an experimental program and should therefore be considered a R&D program not chargeable to rate payers. 2. It would be almost impossible to quantify the amount of additional water such a program would provide even if it were successful, which is unlikely. Very truly yours ;I ~'rZ- Lynn V.
