Subject: Idaho Power seeding clouds
Ms. Jewell:
I recently learned about the "reseeding clouds" situation that Idaho Power is doing. I also understand
that they are wanting the public (utility users) to pay for this. I don t think we should! This reminds
of the situation of "users " paying, on our monthly bill, for their "conservation efforts" which they
continually take credit for. When do we stop subsidizing this utility company?
