Comment description: While I applaud the use of renewable power and make a voluntary
contribution to its use on my electric bill , I am concerned that it takes an outside
corporation to provide this energy to Idaho Power. My concern that it is an unnecessary
layer of administration. I did not intend to contribute money voluntarily or otherwise so
Idaho Power could merely buy this type of energy produced in Idaho , from another entity.
It seems to me they should be more than capable and involved in developing this
themselves.
