I'm requesting a stay on this order , No. 29614 and a request for public hearings as stated
in the Idaho Public Utilities Commission s order, Dated October 12, 2004.
I'm requesting in my written comments that a public hearing be conducted in Weiser
Boise, Twin Falls, Pocatello and Salmon, Idaho, for the following reasons:
There is no way the majority of the rate payers can express their opinions without a
public hearing, which includes me.
I want a full investigation of the energy savings in the Leadore, Idaho area wind farm,
which should include an order from the Idaho Public Utilities Commission to Idaho
Power Company to do this study for the great savings to the general public. (Existing
records show $46 million per year savings to the general public.
Leadore, Idaho Wind Farm information is on the Internet web site
leadoreidahowindfarm.com which includes information requesting Idaho Power
Company to own this wind farm with the terms which means the savings will be past to
