Dear Ms. Jewell:
On December 15 , 2004, workshop participants in Case No. IPC-04-15 filed a Status Report
with the Commission. The Status Report was filed pursuant to Commission direction in Order
No. 29558. Within the Report participants committed to file a full report with the Commission
no later than January 31 , 2005. The Commission is apprised that the participants are unable to
meet the January 31 , 2005 filing deadline but rather now expect the report will be filed on or
prior to February 14, 2005. Participants request the Commission s indulgence in this matter.
