Respondent.
COMES NOW , Idaho Power Company (hereinafter referred to as "Idaho
Power" or "Respondent"), by and through its attorneys of record , and hereby answers
Complainants' Amended Complaint.
Background
On May 12 , 2004, Complainants filed a Motion to Amend their Complaint.
In their Motion, Complainants requested that they be permitted to amend their
ANSWER TO AMENDED COMPLAINT, Page
Complaint to include the Third Count contained in the Complaint filed by U.
Geothermal, Inc., which is the subject matter of Case No. IPC-04-8. In Order No.
29517, which consolidated this case with Case No. IPC-04-8, the Commission s order
indicates that Complainants' Motion to amend its Complaint has been granted.
Answer
Based on the foregoing, Idaho Power hereby denies the additional
allegations contained in the Complainants' Amended Complaint.
