RE:THE ST AFF AND THE CITY OF EAGLE MOTIONS TO EXTEND THETIME FOR THEIR PREFILED TESTIMONY IN THE EAGLE
TRANSMISSION LINE CASE, CASE NO. IPC-04-
On June 9, 2004, the Staff filed a Motion to Extend the Deadline for it to file prefile
testimony in the Eagle transmission line case. As the Staff noted in its Motion, Order No. 29465
provides that the City of Eagle and the Staff are to file their prefile testimonies on June 25, 2004.
In its Motion, the Staff requested that the deadline for its testimony be postponed from June 25 to
July 30, 2004.
On June 14, 2004, the City of Eagle also filed a Motion requesting an extension of
time in which to submit its prefile testimony. The City requested an extension from June 25 to
July 2, 2004.
All the parties to the case consented to the two extensions of time. Allowing the Staff
and the City to postpone their prefiling dates will not affect the hearing date scheduled in this
matter for September 9, 2004.
