Eagle River, LLC petitioned to intervene in this case on June 29, 2004, pursuant to
Rules of Procedure 71 through 75 of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission IDAP A
31.01.01.071-075. In its Petition, Eagle River states that its intervention "will not broaden the
issues presented; and. . . will not otherwise delay these proceedings." Petition at
FINDINGS OF FACT
We find that no party timely opposed this Petition to Intervene.
We further find that based on the pleadings and other documents filed in this case
intervention by this party would serve the purposes of intervention as described by Rule 74 of the
Rules of Procedure. We also find that granting this late intervention will not prejudice any party,
will not broaden the issues, and will not delay the hearing set in Order No. 20465. We conclude
this late intervention should be granted.
ORDER
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petition to Intervene filed by Eagle River
LLC is hereby granted.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all parties in this proceeding serve all papers
hereafter filed in this matter on all parties of record. This intervenor is represented by the

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Eagle River LLC shall be assigned Exhibit
Numbers 300-399.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Eagle River shall be bound by the schedule set out
in Order No. 20465 as applicable. Eagle River shall file its prefiled testimony (if any) no later
than July 8, 2004.
