On February 11 , 2004, Idaho Power Company filed a complaint against the City
Eagle requesting that the Commission authorize the utility to construct a new 138-
transmission line from the Eagle substation to a new substation in Star. In Order No. 29465
issued April 14, 2004, the Commission established a proceeding schedule and set this matter for
hearing. In particular, Order No. 29465 directed that the City of Eagle and the Commission Staff
file their respective prefiled testimony no later than June 25 , 2004.
On June 9, 2004, the Staff filed a Motion to Extend the Deadline for it to file prefiled
testimony. Staff requested that the deadline for its testimony be extended from June 25 to
July 30, 2004.
On June 14, 2004, the City of Eagle also filed a Motion requesting an extension of
time in which to submit its prefiled testimony. The City requested an extension from June 25 to
July 2, 2004. Both Motions state that all the parties to this case consented to the two extensions
of time. Both Motions also state that granting the Motions will not affect the hearing date
scheduled in this matter for September 9 2004.
COMMISSION FINDINGS
Based upon the agreement of the parties, the Commission finds that it is appropriate
to grant the two Motions requesting an extension of time to file testimony. The Commission
notes that granting the Motions will not affect the technical hearing scheduled for September 9
2004.

ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Commission Staffs Motion is granted. The
Staff shall file its direct testimony no later than July 30, 2004.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the City of Eagle s Motion requesting an extension
of time is also granted. The City shall file its direct testimony no later than July 2, 2004.
