Comment description: We are opposed to theis rate hike. We do not get adequate raises
each year in our pay to support paying more for the same power. Also , it is not fair that
we get stuck paying for individuals who are more than capable of going out and working to
pay for their own bills. It is too easy for them to sit back and expect the working class
to pay for their kids and bills. There are many senior citizens and retired military
people who can I t work anymore , but are freezing in their homes because they can I t afford
the bill for adequate heating, yet the individuals who should be working but are not , sit
back and reap the benefits of laziness. If new customers need electricity, then let them
pay a flat fee for an install , and if there already is a fee that they pay, increase it.
Don I t pass the burden of this and indigents heating needs off on the working class. You
can only tax and raise prises so much , until you literally break the working class bank.
PLEASE , NO MORE RATE INCREASES! !! WE CANNOT AFFORD TO PAY ANY HIGHER PRICES THAN WE
ALREADY ARE! ! ! !
