CASE NO. IPC-O3- ORDER NO. 29383 The Industrial Customers of Idaho Power petitioned to intervene in this case on October 30, 2003 , pursuant to Rules of Procedure 71 through 75 of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, IDAPA 31.01.01.071-075. The Idaho Irrigation Pumpers Association, Inc. petitioned to intervene in this case on November 3 , 2003 , pursuant to Rules of Procedure 71 through 75 of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, IDAPA 31.01.01.071-075. The United States Department of Energy petitioned to intervene in this case on November 4, 2003, pursuant to Rules of Procedure 71 through 75 of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, IDAPA 31.01.01.071-075. United Water Idaho Inc. petitioned to intervene in this case on November 10, 2003 pursuant to Rules of Procedure 71 through 75 of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, IDAP A 31.01.01.071-075. The Community Action Partnership Association of Idaho and American Association for Retired Persons petitioned to intervene in this case on November 12 2003 , pursuant to Rules of Procedure 71 through 75 of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, IDAPA 31.01.01.071- 075. The NW Energy Coalition petitioned to intervene in this case on November 12 2003 pursuant to Rules of Procedure 71 through 75 of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, IDAPA 31.01.01.071-075. Micron Technology, Inc. petitioned to intervene in this case on November 12 2003 pursuant to Rules of Procedure 71 through 75 of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, IDAP A 31.01.01.071-075. FINDINGS OF FACT We find that no party timely opposed these Petitions to Intervene. ORDER NO. 29383 We further find that based on the pleadings and other documents filed in this case intervention by these parties would serve the purposes of intervention as described by Rule 74 of the Rules of Procedure and should be granted. ORDER IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petitions to Intervene filed by the Industrial Customers of Idaho Power; the Idaho Irrigation Pumpers Association, Inc.; the United States Department of Energy; United Water Idaho Inc.; Micron Technology, Inc.; NW Energy Coalition; and the Community Action Partnership Association of Idaho and American Association for Retired Persons are hereby granted.
