Complaint description: Idaho Power is requesting a rate decrease , my question it appears
to me that the rate decrease should be considerablly more than the 18. 9
Over the past 3 years what has Idaho Power Increase been to the home owner?
It appears to me that even during what they Idaho Power called bad times they still paid
their share holders a very good di viden. During this time frame they indicated that they
were lossing money.
So where is your over si te to this rate reduction , In my oplnlon it should be a lot more
to the home owner?
