ORDER NO. 29133
As directed by Order Nos. 28894 and 29026, Idaho Power submitted a "Report on
Residential Time-of-Use Pricing.The Commission issued a Notice of Filing, Modified
Procedure and Comment Deadlines with regard to the Report on September 27, 2002.
October 4, 2002, Idaho Power Company filed a Motion for Additional Time to File Reply
Comments. The Company was concerned that the nine days between the comment deadline
(November 4) and reply comment deadline (November 13) would be inadequate to review
prepare and file meaningful reply comments. The Commission Staff likewise filed a Motion for
Extension of Comment Deadline on October 10, 2002 so that Staff would have adequate time to
receive and incorporate the Company s production responses into its analysis before filing
comments.
It has been represented to the Commission that counsel for Idaho Power, the
Commission Staff and the Land and Water Fund have endorsed a longer comment period that
will allow for additional discovery and accommodate Idaho Power s requested reply comment
extension. These interested parties have endorsed a Comment Deadline of December 6, 2002
and a Reply Comment Deadline of January 17, 2003. In this Order, the Commission accordingly
modifies the comment deadlines previously set to facilitate the discovery and filing preparation
needs of the participants.
AMENDED NOTICE OF COMMENT DEADLINES
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the deadline for filing written comments or
protests with respect to the Report and the use of Modified Procedure in Case No. IPC-02-
has been extended to Friday, December 6, 2002. IDAP A 31.01.01.202.02. Persons desiring
hearing must specifically request a hearing in their written protests or comments.

YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the deadline for Idaho Power Company to
file written reply comments with respect to this case is extended to Friday, January 2002.
