Dear Ms. Jewell:
On September 12 , 2002 , Idaho Power submitted its report to the
Commission on the viability of residential time-of-use pricing as directed by Order No.
29026 in Case No. IPC-02-2 and Case No. IPC-02-3. It has been brought to my
attention that the table included on page 29 of the report shows only partial column
headings. Enclosed is a revised page 29 which shows the complete column headings.
