On October 1, 2002, Idaho Power filed a Motion for an Extension of Time to File its
Answer to Mary Burke’s Complaint.
Idaho Power Company was served with Mary Burke’s Complaint and Summons by Order
of the Commission on September 11, 2002. The Summons required Idaho Power to file a written
answer to the complaint within 21 days (October 2, 2002). In its Motion, Idaho Power states that the
parties are attempting to settle this matter. Accordingly, the Company requests that the deadline for
filing its answer be extended to October 22, 2002.
After reviewing the Motion and there being no objection from the Complainant, Mary
Burke, the Commission shall grant Idaho Power’s Motion. Accordingly, Idaho Power’s Answer
shall be filed on or before October 22, 2002 in the event the parties are unable to settle this dispute.
O R D E R
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Idaho Power’s Motion for an Extension of Time to File
its Answer is granted. Idaho Power’s Answer shall be filed on or before October 22, 2002 if the
parties are unable to settle this dispute.
