SERVICE SCHEDULE 117-REFRIGERATOR RECYCLING
On May 22,2014,PacifiCorp,dba Rocky Mountain Power (“Company”),filed an
application to modify Schedule 117 to:1)expand the offering from residential customers to all
customers that contribute the Company’s energy efficiency tariff rider (Schedule 191)who wish to
recycle eligible residential refrigerators or freezers,2)intervene in the secondary market by
providing a 520 incentive per unit to participating retailers, and 3)increase the incentive from 530

Staff has reviewed the new tariff and agrees that the proposed revisions will expand program
participation and allow secondary market intervention while preserving cost-effectiveness.Staff
recommends the Commission approve the revised Schedule 117 tariff sheet.

with an effective date of July 1,2014?
