APPENDIX NOS. 1 AND 2
On May 13 , 2002, the Commission issued Order No. 29026 with attached
Appendices 1 and 2. Appendices 1 and 2 have been revised and are attached to this Notice in
their corrected form. The corrections are as follows:
Schedule 42 - Traffic Control Lighting revenues shown on line 9, column 4
of both appendices are incorrect. The revised appendices include the
corrected revenues. Lines 9, 10, and 16 were affected by the correction.
The Company is directed to revise the DSM rate on Schedule 91 to reflect the rate on
Revised Appendix 1. Revised Schedule 91 will be effective May 16 2002.
No other rates are impacted by these changes.
