At the hearing held on April 26,Idaho Power Company requested that theCommissiontakeadministrativenoticeoftheCompany'sAppendix6 ComplianceFiling.As a result,please find enclosed for filing an original and seven (7)copies of theCompany'sAppendix6 to its ComplianceFiling filed on July 31,2001,in Case No.IPC-E-01-13.Appendix6 was the Company'sproposed tariff entitled "Energy EfficiencyRider."The energy charge in that filing was differentiated by rate class utilizing year2000actualclassrevenues/kWhs based upon a 0.5%revenue recovery.

APPLICABILITY
This schedule is applicable io all retail Customers served under the Company's schedules
and special contracts.This Energy Efficiency Rider is designed to recover costs incurred by the
Company associated with providing energy efficiencymeasures and services to Customers.
MONTHLYCHARGE
The Monthly Charge when metered electric service is provided under a schedule or
special contraci is equal to the Energy Efficiency Rider amount for the applicable schedule
times the monthly energy consumption.
