Specifically, we believe that an attempt might be made to question the reliability of the forward market prices Keith has used to support Staff’s case. Accordingly, Staff would request that you make the trader, who obtained these prices, available at the hearing in the event it becomes necessary to lay additional foundation for Keith’s testimony in this regard.
