As you are aware, on June 10, 2002, the Commission accepted by its Order, the Stipulation and Settlement Agreement signed by the parties. Order No. 29050. This Order became final on July 1, 2002. Accordingly, I have sent you a file stamped copy of the Agreement, all with original signatures with the exception of counsel for the Idaho Irrigation Pumpers Association, which is a photocopy of an original.
