MOTION FOR
EXTENSION OF TIME

The Commission Staff of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission through its attorney, John R. Hammond, Deputy Attorney General, respectfully requests that the Commission grant it an extension of time to file the rebuttal testimony of Staff witness Terri Carlock.
Commission Order No. 28933 requires that Staff file its rebuttal testimony by 12:00 p.m. (MST) February 15, 2002. Due to circumstances beyond its control Staff cannot file the rebuttal testimony of Terri Carlock by this deadline. However, Staff will prefile any other rebuttal testimony that it prepares by the Friday deadline. Accordingly, Staff requests that the Commission grant it an extension to file Terri Carlock’s rebuttal testimony by 12:00 p.m. (MST), February 18, 2002. Staff has contacted all parties in this case regarding this request. At this time no party has voiced an objection to the granting of this extension.
