Dear Mr. Andersen:

I have been advised by Andrea Utecht of FMC Corporation that you will sign the Stipulation and Settlement Agreement in Case No. IPC-E-01-43 as local counsel for FMC Corporation, Astaris LLC and FMC of Idaho LLC. Andrea requested that I deliver the signature pages to you, eight (8) copies. Each party has indicated the desire to have their own signature pages rather than a copy, thus the need for multiple signatures. I have also included a copy of the Stipulation and Settlement Agreement. Please sign the signature pages and send back to the Public Utilities Commission, to my attention. I will assemble the finished documents and file them with the Commission.
